Each morning, I take several long breaths. The deep inward, hold for a four-six count, and deep exhalation. I find that this has a similar effect as when I consume a bunch of coffee. Productivity tip of the day. What are the three things you are looking forward to doing today? Do them ⭐️, When I journal, I list the three things that when accomplished will move towards my goals.
