Sauti Global is a consultancy for creators and business leaders committed to growing their leadership and effectiveness. The name "Sauti" is derived from the Swahili word meaning "voice". This name underscores the organization's core vision: to amplify the voices of creative leaders.

Leadership: Sauti Global is led by Winston Archibald Wilson, the Founder. The team includes David V. Wilson as Chief Operating Officer and Caesar W. Wilson as Marketing Manager. Winston Archibald Wilson is a playwright, director, public speaker, and producer. He is originally from Jamaica and was raised in New York. He is an alumnus of St. John’s University in New York and Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
