Five years ago, a doctor showed me 40 lesions on my brain. That day became my "Line of Demarcation." It was the moment I realized that the "hustle culture" approach of pushing through pain and ignoring fatigue wasn't just unsustainable—it was impossible.
When you're hit with an unchangeable limitation like MS, brute force becomes useless. You have to find a new definition of resilience.
I decided to stop seeing my life as a problem to be solved and started seeing it as a game to be played. Those 40 lesions? They became my "Level 1 Boss."
I didn’t need more willpower; I needed a better operating system. That’s how I built the C.A.M.P. framework:
Create: I define my "Epic Quests"—the stories, plays, and impacts I’m still meant to leave behind.
Attack: I choose the one precise action that moves the needle today, giving me peace even if the rest of the day is a struggle.
Maintain: I protect my health and my business with consistent care. Rest isn't a surrender; it's a strategic deposit.
Partner: No one defeats a boss battle alone. I use my systems to ensure I never lose touch with the people who keep my spirit full.
The goal isn't just to check off a to-do list. The goal is to capture what must be done so we can spend unencumbered time doing "nothing" with the souls we love.
If you’re facing your own "Boss Level" today—whether it’s a health struggle, a career wall, or a creative
